Therapeutic Approach
Josh implements an individualised therapeutic approach depending on the main presenting issue for each individual. He matches the therapy to the person. He can deliver CBT, ACT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness based CBT, motivational interviewing, and elements of DBT and Schema Therapy.

Josh also delivers attachment focused parenting interventions, CBT modified for children and adolescents, and family systems therapy.
Experience
Josh has worked in a wide variety of public, private and university clinics over his career. He has also lectured in psychology at UNSW.
Principal roles include working as a senior clinician and project manager at the Child Behaviour Research Clinic at The University of Sydney (Complex Child and Adolescent Mental Health), and as a member of the consult-liaison psychiatry team at Bankstown Hospital (Complex Adult Mental Health).
Availability
Josh works Wed-Fri 9am-5pm. He has limited availability outside of hours on a Thursday evening.
