Her treatment philosophy is one of collaborative care where clients feel heard and understood. Issues that impact wellbeing may stem from a number of things whether they be the past, present or concerns about the future. Some people struggle with current challenges in their life be it their work or personal relationships and others may have a diagnosed mental illness and others may be experiencing challenges with both. All may need strategies to cope combined with an understanding that provides greater self-awareness, empowerment and resilience.
